CPD Districts - All permitted and conditionally <br /> permitted uses as specified in the C-C (Central <br /> Commercial) and C-F (Freeway Commercial) Districts, as <br /> set forth in Section 18.44.090 of the Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code, and as it may be hereinafter amended. <br /> <br /> C. IPD Districts - All permitted uses as specified in the <br /> I-P (Industrial Park) District, as set forth in Section <br /> 18.48.140 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code, and as it <br /> may be hereinafter amended. <br /> <br />12. Signs. All signing for the Project shall be submitted to the <br /> City for approval. All permanent building and/or tenant <br /> identification signs shall be submitted as a comprehensive <br /> sign program for the individual project at the time the <br /> project is submitted for approval. Provided that permanent <br /> signing meets the criteria imposed by the Design Guidelines, <br /> the signing shall be approved by the Director of Planning. <br /> Variances may be approved by the Director of Planning or the <br /> Design Review Board. Temporary signs conforming to the <br /> Design Guidelines and signs conforming to an approved <br /> comprehensive sign program for a specific site may be <br /> approved administratively by the City Zoning Administrator. <br /> <br />13. Traffic Conditions. <br /> <br /> A. Restriction on Full Development. Total development <br /> within the Project shall not exceed an aggregate amount <br /> of seven million three hundred twenty-five thousand <br /> (7,325,000) square feet until both the Stoneridge <br /> Drive/I-680 and Hacienda Drive/I-580 interchanges have <br /> received complete final design approvals from all <br /> permitting agencies and are under construction. <br /> <br /> B. Traffic Mitigation Measures. When the Level of Service <br /> reaches LOS D (equal to or greater than eight-one <br /> percent (81%) of capacity), as defined in the City's <br /> Standard Assumptions for Traffic Studies, at any <br /> intersection or intersections affected by the Project, <br /> Developer shall begin to implement feasible mitigation <br /> measures. Affected intersections shall be those located <br /> between Valley Avenue on the south and 1-580 on the <br /> north, 1-680 on the west and Santa Rita Road on the <br /> east, inclusive, including all interchange intersections <br /> (both sides of freeways) but excepting intersections <br /> internal to Meyer Center and Pleasanton Park, as shown <br /> on the Map on Affected Intersections, dated as of <br /> February 24, 1986 and on file with the City Planning <br /> Division. Mitigation measures may include roadway <br /> improvements and/or transportation systems management <br /> programs designed to alleviate the LOS D traffic <br /> condition, and shall be implemented on a priority basis, <br /> as determined by the City Engineer (appealable to the <br /> <br /> <br />
