That the basement parking area shall remain available for <br /> general use during all periods not requiring valet services. <br /> <br />12. That the need to provide valet parking services shall be up <br /> to the discretion of the hotel management. However, if any <br /> overflow and on-street parking occurs, then the hotel shall <br /> be directed by the Planning Director to institute mandatory <br /> valet parking services any time the banquet room is used. <br /> <br />13. That the hotel management shall provide 24 hour notice to the <br /> Pleasanton Police Department of any function that will <br /> necessitate the need for valet services. <br /> <br />14. That all valet parking services shall be conducted so as to <br /> maintain the necessary clear fire lanes at all times. <br /> <br />15. That the applicant shall dedicate to the City for street <br /> right-of-way purposes a 4.5 ft. wide parcel of land along the <br /> Dublin Canyon Road frontage of the parcel from the proposed <br /> 30 ft. wide driveway north approximately 340 ft. and any <br /> addition right-of-way which may be required by the City <br /> Engineer to effect the planned roadway improvements. This <br /> dedication will allow for the future extension of Dublin <br /> Canyon Road, to the north and west, as a four lane divided <br /> street. <br /> <br /> In the event that Dublin Canyon Road is widened and extended <br /> as a four lane divided road in the future, the existing right <br /> turn lane into the Harbor View Hotel site will be extended <br /> north as a through lane. If the proposed development <br /> required a right turn deceleration lane after that time, the <br /> applicant shall dedicate the additional right-of-way <br /> required. <br /> <br />16. That this development shall be subject to all Standard <br /> Conditions of Development, attached hereto and made part of <br /> this case by reference, except Conditions 12, 13, 14, 29, 33 <br /> and 49. <br /> <br />/// <br /> <br /> <br />
