ORDINANCE NO. 1324 <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL FOR PUD-87-2 <br /> <br /> 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on the <br /> plans, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department except <br /> as modified by the following conditions. <br /> <br />2. That red curbs or "No Parking" signs, as required by state <br /> law to enable enforcement, be installed along all curbs along <br /> interior access roads in order to maintain clear fire lanes <br /> at all times. <br /> <br />3. That all recommendations of the acoustical study prepared for <br /> the project be incorporated into the project design in order <br /> to achieve the City's noise standards. <br /> <br />4. That the applicant shall landscape the Caltrans right-of-way <br /> along the entire length of the 1-580 frontage. This area <br /> shall be planted, irrigated and maintained by the applicant <br /> unless otherwise determined by Caltrans. A final landscape <br /> plan for the subject site and the Caltrans right-of-way shall <br /> be submitted to the Planning Director for approval prior to <br /> issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br /> 5. That because an unacceptable traffic level of service will <br /> exist at the Foothill/Dublin Canyon Road intersection until <br /> the Stoneridge Drive 1-680 interchange is operational, no <br /> City building or grading permits shall be issued for the <br /> project until construction has commenced on the interchange. <br /> <br /> 6. That the final design of the entrance driveway area shall be <br /> submitted for review and approval by the City Engineer prior <br /> to issuance of any building permits. Driveway alignments, <br /> widths, and any movement restrictions shall be designed to <br /> the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />7. That all recommendations of the tree survey for trees <br /> proposed to be saved shall be incorporated into the project <br /> design. <br /> <br />8. That exact colors, materials and design of all proposed <br /> interior window coverings shall be submitted for review and <br /> approval of the Planning Director prior to issuance of any <br /> building permits. <br /> <br /> 9. That no air conditioning condensers or units shall be visible <br /> on the exterior of the building. <br /> <br /> 10. That if any mechanical equipment located over the single <br /> story portion of the building is visible from Interstate 580, <br /> then the applicant shall be required to install additional <br /> <br /> <br />
