That all site preparation and construction <br /> activities will be subject to review and approval <br /> of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 4. That a comprehensive construction activities <br /> mitigation plan be prepare and presented to <br /> affected property owners prior to the commencement <br /> of construction. The plan shall provide for <br /> protection of residential and agricultural uses on <br /> the affected properties during the construction <br /> period.
