CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1321 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON FOR <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR SYCAMORE RESERVOIR AND <br /> RELATED IMPROVEMENT8 (PUD-87-16) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton applied for development plan <br /> approval for construction of an eight million gallon <br /> water reservoir, pumping stations, drainage ways and <br /> structures, transmission lines, and other related <br /> improvements, to be located generally in the area of an <br /> approximately 2.34 acre site located approximately 1,300 <br /> feet northeast of the intersection of Sycamore Road and <br /> Alisal Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on July 7, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on July 7, 1987; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the development plan for an eight million <br /> gallon water reservoir, pumping stations, drainage ways <br /> and structures, transmission lines, and other related <br /> improvements, to be located generally in the area of an <br /> approximately 2.34 acre site located approximately 1.300 <br /> feet northeast of the intersection of Sycamore Road and <br /> Alisal Street, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the development shall substantially conform to <br /> the plans and elevations on file with the Planning <br /> Department, providing for a buried tank facility, <br /> related recreational uses, and landscaping of the <br /> improvements. <br /> <br /> 2. That a final landscaping plan shall be submitted to <br /> the Planning Director for preview and approval <br /> prior to construction and that such plans shall be <br /> made available for review and comment by affected <br /> property owners in the area and other interested <br /> parties and that such property owners and other <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
