14. Developer shall arrange to provide temporary parking for a <br /> Pacific Bell service vehicle adjacent to the existing <br /> "P.T.&T." vault near the northeast corner of Building 9 to <br /> the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />15. The water system (domestic and fire) proposed for this <br /> development shall be revised to meet City standards. <br /> <br />16. That except as modified herein, all uses and site standards <br /> for the project shall be those of the RM-1500 zoning <br /> district. <br /> <br />17. That subsequent to the removal of the existing Southern <br /> Pacific rails from the West Las Positas Boulevard crossing, <br /> the developer shall be responsible for construction and <br /> installation of median curb, landscaping and irrigation at <br /> the railroad crossing break. The developer shall be eligible <br /> for reimbursement of one half the cost of this median work. <br /> <br />18. That in conjunction with the landscaping of the 33 ft. wide <br /> landscaped easement on West Las Positas Boulevard to the west <br /> of the subject site, between the subject site and Site 25B of <br /> Hacienda Business Park, the developer shall also install the <br /> remaining curb, gutter and sidewalk subsequent to the removal <br /> of the existing Southern Pacific rails. <br /> <br />19. That this development be subject to all Standard Conditions <br /> of Development, attached, hereto and made part of this case <br /> by reference except conditions 12, 14, 29, 33, 46, and 54. <br /> <br />20. That the applicant shall be responsible for the following <br /> improvements at the intersection of West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard and Santa Rita Road: <br /> <br /> a. Remove or prune up the two existing Flowering Plum Trees <br /> located westerly to the crosswalk and at the easterly <br /> end of the soundwall; <br /> <br /> b. Remove the seven small shrubs located between the <br /> crosswalk and the easterly end of the soundwall and an <br /> additional four shrubs located in front of the most <br /> easterly soundwall panel; <br /> <br /> c. Remove the most easterly section of the soundwall <br /> located behind the curb (approximately 12 feet) and <br /> reinstall the panel at the back of the sidewalk in line <br /> with the existing wall at the back of the walk; and <br /> <br /> d. The yield sign on West Las Positas Boulevard near Santa <br /> Rita Road shall be reinstailed on a taller pole. <br /> <br />/// <br /> <br /> <br />
