neighboring Garin/Simoni property, lying south of the northeasterly edge <br />of the right-of-way and all of the Additional Property. as well as <br />detachment of that portion of the Property lying north of the northeasterly <br />edge of the right-of-way. The parties agree to take the steps necessary to <br />subdivide or adjust lot lines in order to establish a lot boundat? capable of <br />becoming a city limit line in accordance with Local Agency Forn~ation <br />Commission (LAFCO) requirements. The parties further agree to using <br />good faith efforts in taking such steps as may be required to gain favorable <br />approval of these boundary, adjustments, including, but not limited to. <br />property tax-sharing agreements, applications to LAFCO. and support for <br />the boundary adjustments at associated hearings. <br /> <br />Lot Line Adjustments. The City shall approve lot line adjustments <br />described below unless such approvals cannot be granted for health and <br />safety reasons: <br /> <br />(1) Expansion of the Additional Property to include those portions of <br /> the Hahner. Lin. and Garin/Simoni parcels lying north of the <br /> northern and northeasterly edge of the roadway/trail easement. <br /> <br />(2) Contraction of the Additional Property to exclude those portions of <br /> the Additional Property lying south of the southeasterly edge of the <br /> right-of-way, adding those portions of the Additional Property to <br /> the contiguous Hahner and Lin parcels. <br /> <br />Revision #2 Draft Lonestar California, Inc.
