Vineyard Avenue to be constructed in order for the school construction to <br />proceed. <br /> <br />The City and the District have explored options which would fund and construct <br />the realigned Vineyard Avenue and selected utilit.~' segments Milch xsould alloxx <br />the school to be built and operated. Funding by the City and District of thc <br />Phase I improvements, as described belov,', will exceed their respectix e ultimate <br />pro rata shares of the cost of such improvements, making them eligible £or <br />reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on the ultimate development of tile <br />parcels within the Corridor, including tile Property. <br /> <br />k <br /> <br />The Specific Plan specifies the policies associated with the dedication and. or <br />acquisition of the rights-of-way for the realigned Vineyard Avenue and school <br />loop road. It was contemplated that dedication x~ould occur as projects develop. <br />and any acquisition would occur as necessary to incorporate the required <br />infrastructure.
