practical location requires both annexation of that portion of the <br />neighboring Lonestar California. Inc. property lying south of the <br />northeasterly edge of the right-of-way, as well as detachment of that <br />portion of the Property lying north of the northeasterly edge of the <br />right-of-way. The parties agree to take the steps necessary to subdivide or <br />adjust lot lines in order to establish a lot boundary capable of becoming a <br />city limit line in accordance with Local Agency Formation <br />Commission (LAFCO} requirements. The parties ~rther agree to using <br />good faith efibrts in taking such steps as may be required to gain fhvorable <br />approval of these boundary adiustments, including, but not limited to, <br />property tax-sharing a~eements, applications to LAFCO, and support for <br />the boundary adjustments at associated hearings. <br /> <br />Lot Line Adiustments.
