Pursuant to Califomia Government Code Sections 66452.6(a) <br /> <br /> and 65863.9, the term of any PUD development plan, subdivision, or <br /> parcel map that may be processed on all or any portion of the Property and <br /> the term of each of the c_'urrent a~nd subs¢~ent p_project approvals shall be <br /> extended for a period of time through the 'scheduled termination date o f <br /> this Development Ageement. <br /> <br />No City-imposed moratorium or other future limitation (whether relating <br />to the rate, timing, or sequencing of the development or construction of all <br />or any part of the Property, whether imposed by ordinance, initiative. <br />resolution, policy, order, or otherwise, and whether enacted by the <br />Council, an agency of the City, the electorate, or otherwise), approved. <br />issued, or granted within the City or portions ~fthe City, shall apply to the <br />Property to the extent such moratorium or other limitation is in conflict <br />with this Development Ageement; provided, however, the provisions of <br />this section shall not affect City's compliance with moratoria and other <br />limitations mandated by other governmental agencies or court-imposed <br />moratoria or other limitations. <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br /> Annexation. Detachment, and Lot Line Adjustment <br /> <br />A. Annexation and Detachment. The parties intend that the ultimate City <br /> boundary shall be located at the northeasterly edge of the right-of-way of <br /> the realigned Vineyard Avenue.
