CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-067 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXPENDITURE OF <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA LAW ENFORCEMENT <br />TECHNOLOGY GRANT AS RECOMMENDED <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of June 18, 2002, the Chief of Police presented a report (SR 02:133) <br />describing the recommendations for use of the Law Enfomement Technology <br />Grant, received from the State of California in accordance with Assembly Bill <br />1740. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />The City Council hereby approves the recommendations for expenditures of the <br />Law Enforcement Technology Grant funds, which are attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON JUNE 18, 2002 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Michelotti, and Vice Mayor Dennis <br />None <br />Councilmember Campbell and Mayor Pico <br />None <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />Michael H.
