The applicant shall be responsible for the installation and <br /> maintenance of said facility. The necessary City easements <br /> shall be recorded for the public facility to the satisfaction <br /> of the City Attorney. <br /> <br />13. That no mechanical equipment, antennae, vents, blowers, etc. <br /> be allowed to project above the roof parapet of any of the <br /> proposed structures. <br /> <br />14. That at no time shall the storage of palettes, boxes, packing <br /> materials, garbage, etc. be allowed in the open asphalt areas <br /> to the rear of the major tenant/retail shop structure or <br /> alleyway. <br /> <br />15. That the final design of all on-site signage (including <br /> changes of sign faces) shall be submitted for review and <br /> approval by the Planning Director prior to installation and <br /> shall adhere to the following criteria: <br /> <br /> CABINET SIGNS <br /> <br /> - Internally illuminated metal cabinet sign with <br /> translucent sign panel <br /> <br /> - Cabinet length 8 ft. and 12 ft., width 2 ft. 0 in. <br /> <br /> - Cabinets to be mounted within recessed eave area in <br /> front of the referenced storefront entrance (maximum one <br /> per tenant~/~less-corner-tenant-space) ............... <br /> <br /> - Copy style per individual tenant style <br /> <br /> - Copy limited to tenant name and/or generic business name <br /> only <br /> <br /> - All letter copy, sign panel background and ~abinets <br /> limited to two colors for entire complex (final colors <br /> to be approved by Planning Director) <br /> <br /> - No signage allowed on the eastern building elevation of <br /> the Shop B or Shop A/C building. <br /> <br /> - Final color scheme to be approved by Planning Director <br /> <br /> <br />
