CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1302 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO ALLOW <br /> REZONING OF 3800 SQ. FT. AT 195 BERNAL AVENUE FROM <br /> "OFFICE" TO "PUD-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL" <br /> (PUD-85-20-1M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 4, 1986, Council adopted <br /> Ordinance No. 1242 approving a development plan for a <br /> twelve unit residential project on a 0.5 acre site <br /> located on the west side of Peters Avenue between West <br /> Angela Street and Old Bernal Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, George Marment has requested a major modification to <br /> allow for the rezoning from "Office" to "PUD-High <br /> Density Residential" of an approximately 3800 sq. ft. <br /> parcel to accommodate the addition of a seven space <br /> parking lot to provide sufficient on-site parking for <br /> condominium units, to be located on an approximately 0.5 <br /> acre site on the west side of Peters Avenue, <br /> approximately 145 feet north of the intersection of Old <br /> Bernal Avenue and Peters Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the <br /> major modification subject to certain conditions; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of George Marment for a <br /> major modification to allow for the rezoning from <br /> "Office" to "PUD-High Density Residential" of an <br /> approximately 3800 sq. ft. parcel to accommodate the <br /> addition of a seven space parking lot to provide <br /> sufficient on-site parking for condominium units, to be <br /> located on an approximately 0.5 acre site on the west <br /> side of Peters Avenue, approximately 145 feet north of <br /> the intersection of Old Bernal Avenue and Peters Avenue, <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the development shall be substantially as <br /> shown on the site plan on file with the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> <br /> 2. That the project shall be subject to all conditions <br /> of Case PUD-85-20. <br /> <br /> <br />
