c. Donate land to private or public persons <br /> or entities; <br /> <br /> d. Construct buildings or structures; <br /> <br /> e. Acquire buildings or structures; <br /> <br /> f. Maintain the City's supply of <br /> mobilehomes. <br /> <br /> The Agency may use these funds to meet, in <br />whole or in part, the replacement housing provisions in <br />Section 330 above. These funds may be used inside or out- <br />side the Project Area provided, however, that funds may be <br />used outside the Project Area only if findings of benefit <br />to the Project are made as required by said Section 33334.2 <br />of the Community Redevelopment Law. <br /> <br /> The funds for this purpose shall be held in a <br />separate Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund until used. <br />Any interest earned by such Low and Moderate Income Housing <br />Fund shall accrue to the Fund. <br /> <br />IV. [S400] USES PERMITTED IN THE PROJECT AREA <br /> <br /> A. [S401] Generally <br /> <br /> All property within the Project Area shall be <br />used for uses consistent with the designation for such <br />property contained in the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton, as the same exists at the time of adoption of <br />this Redevelopment Plan and as it may thereafter be amended. <br /> <br /> B.
