Ordinance No. 1391 <br /> Page Two <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council also finds that this development <br /> plan is consistent with the General Plan policies <br /> of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the development plan for nine (9) <br /> parcels and related improvements for service <br /> commercial uses (Stanley Business Park, Phase II) <br /> on an approximately 38 acre site, located generally <br /> in the area south of the intersection of <br /> Bernal/Valley Avenues and Stanley Boulevard, <br /> subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached <br /> hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on December 6, 1988. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on January 3, 1989 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Tarver, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KENNETH R.
