A landscape maintenance agreement between <br /> each lot owner and the City to ensure <br /> continued maintenance of the street side <br /> yard landscaping. <br /> <br /> 2. That except as modified by Condition 1 above, <br /> all conditions of Cases PUD-83-12 through PUD- <br /> 83-12-4M shall remain in full force and <br /> effect. <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on October 4, 1988. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on October 18, 1988 by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Wilson, and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Mohr <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KENNETH R.
