That a final plan showing the elements to be <br /> constructed within the open space corridor <br /> between the upper cabana area and the lower <br /> roadway entrance area shall be submitted for <br /> review and approval by the Planning Director <br /> prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> 4. That except as modified above, relevant <br /> conditions of Cases PUD-87-4 and 87-4-1M shall <br /> remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br /> City of Pleasanton on September 6, 1988. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Pleasanton on September 20, 1988 by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Mohr, Wilson, and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: Councilmember Brandes <br /> ABSENT: None NE~TH~~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> KE R.
