CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1382 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO PUD-87-4 TO MODIFY THE MIX OF THE UNIT COMPOSITION AND TO MODIFY THE PRIVATE RECREATION AREA FACILITIES FOR A 244-UNIT RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX LOCATED AT 11020 OLD DUBLIN CANYON ROAD (PUD-ST-4-2M) WHEREAS, in April, 1987, Council approved PUD-87-4, a 23 acre residential project commonly known as Canyon Meadows; and WHEREAS, the project has been purchased by a new developer, who has submitted an application for a major modification to the approved development plan for a 244-unit residential complex to modify the mix of the unit composition and to modify the private recreation area facilities to be located at 11020 Old Dublin Canyon Road; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the major modification subject to certain conditions; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of JL Construction Company and Duncan Matteson for a major modification to an approved development plan for a 244-unit residential complex to modify the mix of the unit composition and to modify the private recreation area facilities to be located on an approximately 23 acre site located t 11020 Old Dublin Canyon Road, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the modifications to the development (PUD-87-4) shall be substantially as shown in the revised site plan and elevations, dated August 5, 1988, and in the letter of modification, "Design and Concept Changes," dated July 22, 1988 from Guthrie and Associates, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That the final design of the entrance roadway and bridge shall be submitted to City Engineer and Planning Director for review and approval prior to the issuance of a building permit.
