CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1382 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO <br /> PUD-87-4 TO MODIFY THE MIX OF THE UNIT COMPOSITION <br /> AND TO MODIFY THE PRIVATE RECREATION AREA <br /> FACILITIES FOR A 244-UNIT RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX <br /> LOCATED AT 11020 OLD DUBLIN CANYON ROAD <br /> (PUD-ST-4-2M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in April, 1987, Council approved PUD-87-4, a 23 <br /> acre residential project commonly known as Canyon <br /> Meadows; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the project has been purchased by a new developer, <br /> who has submitted an application for a major <br /> modification to the approved development plan for a <br /> 244-unit residential complex to modify the mix of <br /> the unit composition and to modify the private <br /> recreation area facilities to be located at 11020 <br /> Old Dublin Canyon Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval <br /> of the major modification subject to certain <br /> conditions; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the application of JL Construction <br /> Company and Duncan Matteson for a major modification to <br /> an approved development plan for a 244-unit residential <br /> complex to modify the mix of the unit composition and to <br /> modify the private recreation area facilities to be <br /> located on an approximately 23 acre site located t 11020 <br /> Old Dublin Canyon Road, subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the modifications to the development <br /> (PUD-87-4) shall be substantially as shown in <br /> the revised site plan and elevations, dated <br /> August 5, 1988, and in the letter of <br /> modification, "Design and Concept Changes," <br /> dated July 22, 1988 from Guthrie and <br /> Associates, on file with the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> <br /> 2. That the final design of the entrance roadway <br /> and bridge shall be submitted to City Engineer <br /> and Planning Director for review and approval <br /> prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
