9. That no excess soils shall be exported from the site without <br /> the approval of the Planning Director. No excess soils shall <br /> be stockpiled on the site at any time. <br /> <br />10.' That all grading for this parcel, whether for the residence, <br /> any other structure, or for landscaping purposes, shall not <br /> extend beyond the areas shown on the grading plan~ all <br /> grading shall take place under the supervision of a <br /> registered Soils Engineer. <br /> <br />11.
