Attachment X <br /> PUD-82-I0-7M <br /> July 5,1988 <br /> <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the plans, <br /> Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. <br /> <br />2. That the driveway and turn-around area be designed to the <br /> satisfaction of the Fire Marshal and Planning Director. <br /> Detailed plans for the dri~eway, turn-around and site plan <br /> shall be submitted for review and approval prior to issuance <br /> of any building permits. <br /> <br />3. That the applicant submit detailed plans and hydrologic data <br /> on the proposed storm drain improvements for review and <br /> approval of the Planning Director and City Engineer prior to <br /> issuance of any building permits. Grading for this work <br /> shall be minimized and all areas revegetated as necessary.' <br /> <br /> 4. That the applicant shall submit a final grading and drainage <br /> plan prepared by a licensed civil engineer depicting all <br /> final grades and on-site drainage control measures, including <br /> concrete lined V-ditches to protect all cut and fill slopes <br /> from surface water overflow. This plan shall be reviewed and <br /> approved by the Planning Director prior to the issuance of <br /> any building permits. <br /> <br />5. That this approval is fore the expanded building envelope, <br /> pad elevation and storm drain improvements only. All other <br /> on-site improvements shall be submitted for separate review <br /> through the standard Planning and Building Department <br /> process. <br /> <br /> That the ex~cent of the proposed northern pad expansion be <br /> revised to adhere to the requirements of the Municipal Code <br /> with regard to front yard setbacks. The final location of <br /> the expanded pad at the northern property line shall be <br /> submitted for final review and approval of the Planning <br /> Director prior to issuance of any building permits. <br /> <br />7. That all grading shall be rounded at the edges of cuts and <br /> fills to create natural landforms. <br /> <br />S. That all conditions of PUD-82-10 shall remain in full force <br /> and effect. <br /> <br /> <br />
