13. <br /> <br />The parcel map shall contain a brief legal description of any parcel being resubdivided, a <br />statement of lot and total acreage, and a statement referencing any separate documents <br />required to be recorded with the map. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />The parcel map submittal shall include the minor subdivision number under which the <br />minor subdivision application was approved and the Assessor's Parcel Number(s) for the <br />original parcel(s) prior to subdivision. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Any dedications, open offers of dedication, or grants of easements may be dedicated and <br />accepted on the face of the map. Agreements or other required items shall be recorded as <br />separate documents concurrently with recordation of the parcel map. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />The subdivider's title company shall record the final parcel map and any required separate <br />documents concurrently with the Alameda County Recorder's Office. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />The subdivider shall provide to the City of Pleasanton with a reproducible mylar copy of <br />the recorded parcel map with all recording data shown. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />When the final parcel map is submitted for the City Engineer's signature, the subdivider <br />shall provide to the City of Pleasanton a floppy disc in DFX format of the Final Parcel <br />Map, excepting the certification information. The disk shall also provide the following <br />information: <br /> <br />a. The street address(es) on lot(s); and <br /> <br />b. Building outlines for all existing structures. <br /> <br />19. <br /> <br />Any existing assessment district, which the subject property may be subject to, shall be <br />cleared prior to submittal of the final parcel map for the City Engineer's signature. The <br />subdivider shall complete the apportionment of the original parcel's assessments, for each <br />applicable assessment district in conjunction with the parcel map, to the satisfaction of <br />the City Engineer and the City Attorney. <br /> <br />20. <br /> <br />If existing and/or future assessments are to be segregated, the civil engineer preparing the <br />"Apportioned Assessment" for the subdivider, or the land surveyor preparing the final <br />parcel map, shall provide to the City Engineer of the City of Pleasanton with a complete <br />list of the new Assessor's Parcel numbers as soon as possible after they have been <br />assigned by Alameda County. The new Assessor's Parcel numbers shall be placed on a <br />copy of Exhibit "A" of the Apportioned Assessment Document in direct correspondence <br />with the amended assessment numbers and the new lot or parcel numbers for the parcel <br />map which created the subdivision. Two (2) copies shall be submitted. <br /> <br />21. <br /> <br />The subdivider shall deposit a bond with the City of Pleasanton to ensure completion of <br />any required improvements. This bond shall be in a standard form approved by the City <br /> <br />PMS-09, Final Conditions of Approval Page 3 April 2, 2002 <br /> <br /> <br />
