That the final design of all outdoor furniture to <br /> be utilized in the seating area shall be submitted <br /> for final review and approval of the planning <br /> director prior to on-site installation. <br /> <br /> 5. That building-mounted signs for the Pad 2 building <br /> shall be limited to the east, west and south <br /> elevations only and shall comply with the remaining <br /> applicable provisions o the approved comprehensive <br /> sign program. <br /> <br /> 6. That the outdoor seating area shall be kept in a <br /> neat and garbage-free manner at all times. <br /> <br /> 7. That this application shall be subject to all the <br /> conditions of approval imposed on case PUD-86-18. <br /> <br /> 8. That if no major tenant is secured for the Pad 2 <br /> building, the applicant may request, with the <br /> approval of the planning director, to construct the <br /> building as originally approved. <br /> <br /> 9. That the City Council shall have input into the <br /> final tile selection for the subject freestanding <br /> pad building. <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on June 7, 1988. <br /> <br /> <br />
