CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1363 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAJOR MODIFICATION TO <br /> PUD-86-18 TO ~TJ~W A RESTAURANT AT 3170 SANTA RITA <br /> ROAD (PUD-S6-18-1M) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 21, 1987, Council adopted <br /> Ordinance 1307 approving a retail commercial center <br /> located at 3170 Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Oakridge Properties is seeking approval for a major <br /> modification to allow architectural and site plan <br /> changes to accommodate a quality, sit-down <br /> restaurant use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of <br /> the development plan subject to certain <br /> conditions; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the application of Oakridge Properties <br /> for a major modification to an approved retail <br /> commercial center to allow architectural and site plan <br /> changes for a restaurant to be located at 3170 Santa <br /> Rita Road (PUD-86-18-1M), subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br /> the plans, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> <br /> 2. That the sidewalk proposed along the east side of <br /> the outdoor eating area be replaced with a planter <br /> area. The final landscaping within this area shall <br /> be submitted for review and approval of the <br /> Planning Director prior to issuance of building <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> 3. That the applicant work with staff to determine the <br /> necessity and design of an additional 2' tall <br /> plexiglas screen feature to be located on top of <br /> the 3' tall screen wall proposed around the outdoor <br /> eating area. The need and final design of this <br /> additional windscreen shall be determined by the <br /> planning director prior to issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> <br /> <br />
