Said sign
program shall include the specific details for each sign (i.e. colors, materials,
illumination, location, sign, text, etc.) and shall comply with the Hacienda Park
Design Guidelines.

27.

The approved building colors and materials for the building shall be indicated on
the building permit plan set. Colors and materials shall be consistent with
approved colors.

28.

The project developer shall submit a waste management plan to the Building
Department prior to issuance of occupancy permit. The plan shall include the
estimated composition and quantities of waste to be generated and how the project
developer shall recycle at least fifty percent (50%) of the job site construction and
demolition waste. During demolition and construction, the project developer shall
mark all trash disposal bins "trash materials only" and all recycling bins
"recycling materials only". The project developer shall contact Pleasanton
Garbage Service for all waste disposal. Only that portion of trash and recycling
waste refused by Pleasanton Garbage Service shall be disposed of or diverted by
another trash/recycling company.

29.

The project developer shall effectively screen from view all ducts, meters, air
conditioning equipment, and any other mechanical equipment, whether on the
structure, on the ground, or on the roof, with materials architecturally compatible
with the main structure. All required screening shall be provided prior to
occupancy.

30.

The project developer shall submit a final lighting plan for the building and the
site for the review and approval of the Planning Director prior to issuance of
building permits.
