Resolution No. PC-01-44 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />5. Final detailed panel antenna drawings shall be submitted for the review and <br /> approval by the Planning Director prior to the issuance of a building permit. <br /> Said detailed drawings shall be consistent with the approved detailed <br /> drawings plus any conditions of approval, and shall be detailed in terms of <br /> dimensions. <br /> <br />Landscaping and Irrigation <br /> <br />6. The applicant shall install automatic irrigation to the three proposed 36" box <br /> size eucalyptus trees shown in Exhibit A. Prior to the issuance of a building <br /> permit, the applicant shall negotiate in good faith with the Dublin San <br /> Ramon Services District (DSRSD) for permission to extend a water line <br /> with recycled water onto the site for use in irrigating the eucalyptus trees. In <br /> the event that the applicant is unable to acquire the means to use recycled <br /> water, the applicant shall connect the proposed irrigation system to the <br /> existing water service for this site. The irrigation system shall be designed <br /> to include a soil moisture, rain sensor, or other irrigation efficiency device. <br /> <br />A final landscape plan and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and <br />approved by the Planning Director, prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit. Said landscape and irrigation plans shall be consistent with the <br />approved landscape plan plus any conditions of approval, and shall be <br />detailed in terms of species, location, size, quantities, and spacing. <br /> <br />Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the applicants shall enter into an <br />agreement with the City, approved by the City Attorney, which guarantees <br />that all landscaping and open space areas included in this project shall be <br />maintained at all times in a manner consistent with the approved landscape <br />plan (as conditioned) for this development. Said agreement shall run with <br />the land for the duration of the existence of the tree pole located on the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />The eucalyptus trees shown in Exhibit A shall not be pruned without prior <br />approval from the Planning Director. The eucalyptus trees shall not be <br />topped. <br /> <br />GPS Antennas <br /> <br />10. The plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit shall be revised to <br /> include the following: <br /> <br />a) The GPS antennas and GPS mounting equipment shall not project more <br />than one (1) inch above the top of the building wall on which they are <br />mounted. <br /> <br /> <br />
