The personal wireless service facility shall be constructed and maintained <br /> substantially as shown on Exhibit A dated "Received August 27, 2001", on <br /> file with the Planning Department, except as modified by the following <br /> conditions. Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to prior <br /> approval by the Planning Director, if found to be in substantial conformance <br /> with the approved exhibits. <br /> <br />The personal wireless service facility shall adhere to the regulations <br />contained in Chapter 18.110, (Personal Wireless Service Facilities) of the <br />Pleasanton Municipal Code. <br /> <br />The tree pole shall be maintained in a neat and orderly fashion at all times. <br />Artificial foliage or bark which falls, deteriorates, becomes weathered and <br />badly faded, or is vandalized, shall be replaced immediately with new <br />materials matching those shown in Exhibit A. <br /> <br />4. The plans submitted for the issuance of a building permit shall be revised to <br /> include the following changes: <br /> <br />a) The panel antennas shall be painted "Dark Earth, DE CO 2 Ui" by Dunn <br />Edwards. <br /> <br />b) The foliage at the bottom of the tree pole shall be 28 feet in diameter. All <br />references on the plans shall reflect this 28 ft. width. <br /> <br />c) All references to the height of the tree pole in the plans shall be corrected <br />to show the approved 44 ft. height. <br /> <br />d) The trunk of the tree pole shall be moved approximately 2 fi. closer to the <br />adjacent storage building in order that all the tree branches are within the <br />boundary of this site. <br /> <br />e) The proposed electrical cabinets shown at the entrance to the storage <br />facility shall be relocated with all other necessary electrical and telco <br />equipment for the project inside an existing storage building or behind and <br />below the existing eight foot tall wall near the proposed northernmost <br />eucalyptus tree shown on Exhibit A. <br /> <br /> <br />
