Resolution No. PC-01-40 <br />Page 16 <br /> <br />80. <br /> <br />The grade of the driveway at the intersection with Kottinger Drive shall be <br />flattened to 7 percent unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />81. <br /> <br />The applicant shall be responsible for a pro-rata share as determined by the City <br />Engineer of the undergrounding of the overhead utility lines across the Kottinger <br />Drive frontage. <br /> <br />82. <br /> <br />The applicant shall install all utilities (PG&E, Pac Bell, and Cable TV) <br />underground to the site from the nearest utility approved riser pole. <br /> <br />83. <br /> <br />There shall be a two-way cleanout on the sanitary sewer lateral located at the back <br />of the PSE. <br /> <br />84. <br /> <br />The storm drainage from each lot shall be directed to the street or an approved <br />storm drain system in accordance with Sections 2907(b)(5) and 7012(d) of the <br />1988 Uniform unless otherwise approved by the Building Official and City <br />Engineer. <br /> <br />85. <br /> <br />The project developer shall submit a refundable cash bond for hazard and erosion <br />control prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The <br />amount of this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />86. <br /> <br />The haul route for all materials to and from this development shall be approved by <br />the City Engineer prior to the issuance of an encroachment permit. <br /> <br />87. <br /> <br />The project developer shall include erosion control measures on the final grading <br />plan, subject to the approval of the City Engineer. The project developer is <br />responsible for ensuring that the contractor is aware of such measures. All cut <br />and fill slopes shall be revegetated and stabilized as soon as possible after <br />completion of grading, in no case later than October 15. No grading shall occur <br />between October 15 and April 15 unless approved erosion control measures are in <br />place, subject to the approval of the Building Department. Such measures shall <br />be maintained until such time as permanent landscaping is in place. <br /> <br />88. <br /> <br />The project developer shall submit a dust control plan or procedure as part of the <br />building permit plans. This plan shall ensure that dust generated by grading <br />operations does not go off-site and impact neighboring properties. <br /> <br />89. <br /> <br />The design of the water supply and sanitary sewer systems shall be subject to the <br />review and approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />90. <br /> <br />Storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls, and channels not within the area of <br />a dedicated public street or public service easement approved by the City <br />Engineer shall be privately maintained by the property owners or through an <br />association approved by the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
