Resolution No. PC-2001-37 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />All tenant improvement plans must comply with all codes and ordinances in effect <br />before the Building Department will issue permits. <br /> <br />All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction <br />equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and <br />shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br /> <br />The project developer shall meet all applicable requirements of the Pleasanton <br />Fire Code (Pleasanton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br /> <br />All portions of the building covered by this approval shall have installed and <br />operating, fire extinguishers with a minimum 2-A:10-B:C rating. The fire <br />extinguishers shall be located within a seventy-five foot (75' 0") radius of each <br />other. <br /> <br />Any damage to existing street improvements during construction on the subject <br />property shall be repaired to the satisfaction of the City Engineer at full expense <br />to the project developer. This shall include slurry seal, overlay, or street <br />reconstruction if deemed warranted by the City Engineer. <br /> <br />The project developer's contractor(s) shall obtain an encroachment permit from <br />the City Engineer prior to moving any construction equipment onto the site. <br /> <br />With construction of the tenant improvements, the applicant shall install a second <br />layer of sheetrock on the interior demising wall located on the east side of the <br />tenant space. This detail shall be shown on the tenant improvement plans <br />submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval before issuance of a <br />building permit. <br /> <br />Unless otherwise required by the Director of Building Inspection, the signage for <br />the restrooms shall not be gender specific. <br /> <br />< END > <br /> <br /> <br />
