Resolution No. PC-2001-29 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />This use permit is not transferable to another address. A new application must be <br />made if the applicant wishes to relocate the martial arts studio to another site in <br />the City. However, transfer of the use to another tenant space within the Oak <br />Hills Shopping Center may be approved by the Planning Director upon a <br />determination that the operation of the business will be substantially the same in <br />terms of impacts to surrounding uses, traffic, and parking. <br /> <br />The applicant shall install an additional layer of 5/8" thick sheetrock on the <br />interior walls of the tenant space for a total of two sheetrock layers per wall. This <br />detail shall be shown on the tenant improvement plan set subject to review and <br />approval by the Planning Director before issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /><end> <br /> <br /> <br />
