This section shall be modified to read as follows: All future development (house and accessory structures)for Lot Nos. 1 and 2 be limited to the building envelopes noted on development plan Sheet C-2 "Pad and Tree Location." No accessory structures shall be constructed/installed on Lot 3 until a building envelope plan is created for Lot 3. Saidplan shall generally be limited to the flat graded pad areas around the existing house, garage, barns, and second units, and shall be subject to final review and approval by the Planning Director.
