Resolution No. PC-01-17 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Minimum Setbacks <br /> <br />c. This section shall be modified to read as follows: <br /> <br /> All future development (house and accessory structures)for Lot Nos. 1 <br />and 2 be limited to the building envelopes noted on development plan Sheet C-2 <br />"Pad and Tree Location." No accessory structures shall be constructed/installed <br />on Lot 3 until a building envelope plan is created for Lot 3. Saidplan shall <br />generally be limited to the flat graded pad areas around the existing house, <br />garage, barns, and second units, and shall be subject to final review and approval <br />by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />House Size <br /> <br />d. The addresses, lot numbers, and house sizes for the lots shall be as <br />follows: <br /> <br />4130 Lot 1 <br />4134 Lot 2 <br />4120 Lot 3 <br /> <br />5, 500 sq. fi. Maximum <br />6, 500 sq. fi. Maximum <br />Existing <br /> <br />Fencing <br /> <br />e. The <br />maximum height of accessory structures shall be 15feet computed as follows: <br />Measured vertically from the lowest point of the structure to the highest point of <br />the structure. <br /> <br />Materials <br /> <br />g. The guidelines be modified to state that building materials shall be limited <br />to natural materials, such as wood siding and natural stone, and that stucco siding <br />would be allowed only if the elevations generously contain other natural materials <br />such as wood siding and natural stone. <br /> <br /> <br />
