A similar note shall appear on the
improvement plans.

49.

The driveway material and color shall be indicated on the plans submitted for
issuance of building permits. It is the
responsibility of the applicant/property-owner to ensure that the project landscape
contractor is aware of, and adheres to, the approved landscape and irrigation
plans, and all conditions of approval. Prior approval from the Planning
Department is required before any changes are constituted in site design, grading,
house design, house colors or materials, fence material, fence location, landscape
material, etc.

Construction Activities

51.

All site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the
hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.
