Resolution No. PC-01-17 <br />Page 13 <br /> <br />b. No equipment shall be operated or stored within the dripline of any tree. <br /> <br />c. No trenching for utilities or irrigation shall take place within the driplines <br />of existing trees without prior approval by the Planning Director. <br /> <br />d. Temporary chain link fencing shall be installed around the existing trees <br />surrotmding the building pads. No equipment may be operated within or beneath <br />the driplines of these trees, and no equipment or temporary structures shall be <br />placed within or beneath the driplines of these trees. Fencing shall remain in <br />place until completion of construction; removal of such fencing prior to that time <br />may result in a "stop work" order. <br /> <br />e. No oil, gasoline, chemicals, or other harmful materials shall be deposited <br />or disposed within the dripline of the trees or in drainage channels, swales, or <br />areas that may lead to the dripline. <br /> <br />f. No stockpiling/storage of fill, etc., shall take place underneath or within 5' <br />of the dripline of the existing trees. <br /> <br />Failure to comply with any of these requirements may result in a "stop-work" <br />order. <br /> <br />Geotechnical <br /> <br />39. <br /> <br />The developer shall comply with the recommendations of the geotechnical <br />reports/letters prepared by Henry Justiniano & Associates entitled "Geotechnical <br />Investigation Proposed Single-Family Residence, 4130 Foothill Road, Pleasanton, <br />California" dated June 2000, "Addendum to Geotechnical Investigation Reports <br />Proposed Single-Family Residence, 4134 Foothill Road, Pleasanton, California" <br />dated June 23, 2000, and "Response to Geotechnical Peer Review by ENGEO, <br />Inc." dated January 10, 2001. The developer's geotechnical consultant shall <br />review and approve all foundation, retaining wall, drainage, and geotechnical <br />aspects of the final development plans to ensure that the recommendations have <br />been properly incorporated into the development. The consultant shall certify by <br />writing on the plans or as otherwise acceptable to the Director of Building <br />Inspection that the final development plan is in conformance with the <br />geotechnical report approved with the project. <br /> <br />40. <br /> <br />The developer shall arrange and pay for the geotechnical consultant to inspect and <br />approve all foundation, retaining wall, and drainage geotechnical aspects of <br />project construction. The consultant shall be present on site during grading and <br />excavation operations. The results of the inspections and the as-built conditions <br />of the project shall be certified in writing by the geotechnical consultant for <br />conformance to the approved plans and geotechnical report and submitted to the <br />City Engineer and Director of Building Inspection for review and approval prior <br />to occupancy. <br /> <br /> <br />
