Resolution No. PC-2001-14 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The proposed conditional use will comply with each of the <br />applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> <br />The site's residential zoning conditionally permits the <br />establishment of private schools and the proposed use complies <br />with all relevant sections of the zoning ordinance.
