Construction Requirements: <br /> <br />82. <br /> <br />All initial site improvements and house construction activities shall be limited to the <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Grading and construction ac- <br />tivities associated with the extension of Vineyard Avenue shall be limited to the hours of <br />8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All construction equipment must meet <br />Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) noise standards and shall be equipped with muf- <br />fling devices. <br /> <br />83. <br /> <br />At no time shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or <br />sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed fi.om the <br />site at the end of each work day. <br /> <br />84. Final inspection by the Planning Department is required prior to occupancy. <br /> <br />85. If archeological materials are uncovered during grading, trenching, or other on-site exca- <br /> vation, all work on site shall be stopped and the City immediately notified. The county <br /> coroner and the Native American Heritage Commission shall also be notified and proce- <br /> dures followed as required in Appendix "K" of the California Environmental Quality Act <br /> (CEQA). A similar note shall appear on the improvement plans. <br />86. Portable toilets used during construction shall be kept as far as possible from existing <br /> residences and shall be emptied on a regular basis as necessary to prevent odor. <br /> <br />Police Department Requirements: <br /> <br />87. <br /> <br />The area of the development shall be tested for strength and clarity of signal to and fi.om <br />the area for City emergency services communications including, but not limited to, City <br />eight-hundred megahertz (800 mgh) trunked radio, Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Services <br />radio, Alameda County eight-hundred megahertz (800 mgh) trunked radio, CLE- <br />MAR/Police Dispatch, and the current police mobile data system, unless waived by the <br />Police Department, City of Pleasanton. Expert opinions may be required in anticipation <br />of communications difficulties inside or around large structures. Mitigation plans of less <br />than acceptable communications shall be submitted to the satisfaction of the Police De- <br />partment prior to approval and shall be financed by the project developer immediately <br />upon approval. <br /> <br />Fire Department Requirements: <br /> <br />88. <br /> <br />The project developer shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code (Pleasan- <br />ton Municipal Code, Chapter 20.24). <br /> <br />89. <br /> <br />The project developer shall keep the site free of fire hazards from the start of lumber con- <br />struction until the final inspection. <br /> <br />Page- 19- <br /> <br /> <br />
