50. The project developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visi- ble from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. 51. Approved building materials and colors shall be stated on the plans submitted for issu- ance of building permits. 52. The homes covered by this approval shall be constructed to encourage telecommuting by providing as an option telecommunications infrastructure consistent with state-of-the-art methods, e.g., cabling for DSL service, wiring for total room access, etc. The project de- veloper shall submit with the first building permit application those measures included in the home construction for review and approval by the Planning Director before issuance of the first building permit. 53. The home designs approved for Lots 30 through 36 may be constructed on these lots pro- vided that the home designs approved with PUD-99-6, -8, -9, -10, and -12 on the Lutz, Gooch, Nevis, McGuire, and Jardin properties are superceded by a new product. Other- wise, new house designs for Lots 30 through 36 shall be submitted to the Planning Com- mission for review and approval before issuance of a building permit for these lots. Photovoltaic Systems: 54. The project developer shall provide to the buyers of the houses covered by this approval, photovoltaic systems as an option. With the building permit plan set, the project devel- oper shall show the installations for each of the buildings covered by this approval to the satisfaction of the Planning Developer before issuance of a building permit. 55. The project developer shall implement the following measures with the construction of the structures covered by this approval so that the owners can install roof-mounted photo- voltaic systems in the future: Electrical conduit and cable shall be installed from the roof/attic areas to the build- ings' main electrical panels. bo Roof trusses shall be "engineered" to handle an additional load of five pounds (5- lbs.) per sq. fi. beyond that of the anticipated for roofing. An area shall be provided near the electrical panel for the "inverter" required to convert the direct current output from the photo-voltaic panels to alternating current. d. A bi-directional electrical meter shall be installed. These measures shall be shown on the building permit plan set submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval before issuance of the first building permit.
