Resolution No. PC-2001-01 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that as proposed and conditioned, <br /> the tentative map meets the goals set out in the PUD conditions of <br /> approval and the North Sycamore Specific Plan. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Approves Vesting Tentative Parcel Map 7193, the application of New <br />Cities Development Group for Vesting Tentative Map approval to <br />subdivide two parcels, totaling 34.7 acres, into 49 single-family residential <br />lots (48 homes and one existing residence), and three (3) open space <br />parcels totaling 9.4 acres (Parcels A, B & D) located at 970 and 986 <br />Sycamore Road within the North Sycamore Specific Plan Area, subject to <br />the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON ON THE 10TH DAY OF JANUARY 2000 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br /> <br />Commissioners Arkin, Maas, Roberts, and Sullivan <br />None <br />Commissioner Kameny <br />None <br /> <br />PeggyqE:~ich~ <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Matt Sullivan <br />Chairperson <br /> <br />APPRO~VED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Larissa Seto <br />Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
