Ordinance No. 1420 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> 3. That all required City permits for the project <br /> shall be secured prior to the commencement of <br /> construction. <br /> <br /> 4. That except as modified above, all other conditions <br /> of Ordinance No. 1255, PUD-85-16, shall remain in <br /> full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3.
