CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1420 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING CASE PUD-85-16-1M, APPLICATION OF <br /> KEITH ROBINSON <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in 1985, Council approved PUD-85-16, a three-unit <br /> residential complex on Vineyard Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Keith Robinson has applied for a major modification to <br /> an approved development plan for a two-unit apartment <br /> complex to allow for the modification of exterior <br /> elevations for the proposed units, the reconstruction of <br /> an existing detached garage structure and the addition <br /> of a roof-top open deck area, and the alteration of the <br /> front facade of the existing residence to be located on <br /> an approximately 0.2 acre site at 3939 Vineyard Avenue; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval of the <br /> major modification subject to certain conditions.' <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-85-16-1M, the application of Keith <br /> Robinson for a major modification to an approved <br /> development plan for a two-unit apartment complex to <br /> allow for the modification of exterior elevations for <br /> the proposed units, the reconstruction of an existing <br /> detached garage structure and the addition of a roof-top <br /> open deck area, and the alteration of the front facade <br /> of the existing residence to be located on an <br /> approximately 0.2 acre site located at 3939 Vineyard <br /> Avenue subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That modifications to the approved development plan <br /> as provided for in Ordinance No. 1255, PUD-85-16, <br /> relative to revised building elevations, <br /> renovations to the existing residence, and related <br /> improvements shall substantially conform to the <br /> plans and elevations on file with the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> <br /> 2. The developer shall enter into an agreement with <br /> the City, such that when the adjacent property <br /> develops and a gravity sanitary sewer is available, <br /> the developer shall abandon the proposed sump pump <br /> system and connect direct to said gravity line. <br /> The developer shall bond for said improvement or <br /> supply other means of security acceptable to the <br /> City Engineer for these future improvements. <br /> <br /> <br />
