CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02-022 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED PURCHASE <br />AGREEMENT CONCERNING SURPLUS PROPERTY ON <br />STANLEY BOULEVARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />on November 7, 2000, the City declared its vacant parcel in the 4100 block of <br />Stanley Boulevard to be surplus and determined that the property be sold to Philip <br />Ciesielski; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 19, 2002, the City Council reviewed the report of the <br /> City Attorney (SR 02:047) regarding the sale of the property. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br />Approves the Purchase Agreement between the City and Philip Ciesielski, a copy <br />of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, and <br />authorizes the City Manager to sign said Agreement. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON FEBRUARY 19, 2002 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTA1N: <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Campbell, Dennis, and Michelotti <br />Councilmember Ayala and Mayor Pico <br />None <br />None <br /> ATTEST: .// . <br /> <br /> Peg~yq~. ~t~r~, City~lerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
