<br /> Vineyard Avenue Specific Plan Loans
<br /> In March 2007, the City Council approved the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Infrastructure Financing Plan
<br /> (Financing Plan) to fund water and sewer projects included in the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific
<br /> Plan (VCSP). This Financing Plan included three loans from the CIP Water and Sewer Fund as follows:

<br /> At the time of Council's action, staff indicated it would track loan payments as part of the CIP. As can
<br /> be assumed, at this time, due to the lack of development activity, there has not been any significant
<br /> collection of revenue to repay these loans. However, the table below reflects the status to date.
