Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 2. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute consultant contracts with Dowling <br /> Associates in the not -to- exceed amounts of $111,040 for the update to the City of Pleasanton <br /> traffic model and $100,000 for on -call transportation model services; and authorize the <br /> appropriation of $111,040 of Traffic Impact Fees to fund the traffic model update <br /> 3. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids, awarded and authorized the City Manager <br /> to execute a contract with Rosas Brothers Construction in the amount of $279,882 for Annual <br /> Curb and Gutter Replacement, CIP No. 085009; and authorized the transfer of $195,858 from <br /> CIP No. 085003 (Annual Resurfacing of Various City Streets) to CIP No. 085009 <br /> 4. Reviewed and approved the Engineer's Report and Budget, set June 16, 2009 as the public <br /> hearing date for 2009 -10 annual assessments for the following Landscape and Lighting <br /> Maintenance Districts and adopted Resolution No. 09 -284 declaring the intent to order <br /> improvements and directing filing of the Annual Report for Landscape Maintenance District <br /> No. 1984 -1; Ponderosa; Resolution No. 09 -285 declaring the intent to order improvements <br /> and directing filing of the Annual Report for Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993 -1; <br /> Windsor; Resolution No. 09 -286 declaring the intent to order improvements and directing <br /> filing of the Annual Report for Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993 -2; Bonde Ranch; <br /> Resolution No. 09 -287 declaring the intent to order improvements and directing filing of the <br /> Annual Report for Landscape Maintenance District No. 1994 -1; Oak Tree Farm; Resolution <br /> No. 09 -288 declaring the intent to order improvements and directing filing of the Annual <br /> Report for Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995 -1; Moller Ranch <br /> 5. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 1991 amending Section 11.36.210 of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code creating a three hour limited time parking zone <br />
