13. That only modular newspaper dispensers accommodating more than <br />one newspaper shall be allowed outside of buildings within <br />the development; the design of these racks shall be approved <br />by the Planning Division. <br />14. That approval of case PUD- 80 -16 -2D is subject to all <br />conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 973. <br />15. That the developer be reminded that a comprehensive overall <br />signing program is required to be submitted to the staff for <br />approval prior to issuance of any building permits for the Meyer <br />Business Park. <br />16. That all buildings and /or structures must comply with all <br />codes and ordinances in effect at the time required permits <br />are issued by the Building Division. <br />17. That the location of any pad mounted transformers shall be <br />subject to approval by the Planning Division prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. Generally speaking, such transformers <br />shall not be located between any street and the front of a <br />building. <br />18. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions of <br />approval of Ordinance No. 1046 (approving case PUD- 82 -15). <br />
