EXHIBIT "A" <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2366 <br />CASE PUD- 80 -16 -2D <br />October 12, 1983 <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plans, Exhibits A, B <br />and C, on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That a final landscape plan be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />3. That the colors of the buildings be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />4. That the development shall meet all requirements of <br />Article 16 (off- street parking facilities) of the Zoning <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br />5. That the development shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Code. <br />6. That the project shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Security Code and the developer shall provide <br />plans as specified by the Crime Prevention Bureau of the <br />Pleasanton Police Department. <br />7. That the haul route for all materials to and from <br />this development be approved by the City Engineer <br />prior to the start of any construction. <br />8. That the developer submit a refundable cash bond for <br />hazard control prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />The amount of this bond will be determined by the City <br />Engineer. <br />9. That a sanitary sewer sampling manhole be provided on the <br />sanitary sewer lateral unless otherwise waived by the <br />City Engineer. <br />10. That the developer comply with any and all applicable <br />requirements of the cross connections control and <br />backflow prevention device programs required by the <br />California Administrative Code, Title 17. <br />11. That approval for the number, type and location of fire <br />hydrants be withheld pending final design review by the <br />Fire Marshal and final review by the City Engineer. <br />12. That prior to issuance of a building permit, the developer <br />pay the applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees and <br />water meter cost for any water meters (irrigation meters) <br />not directly related to a building permit. <br />
