EXHIBIT "A" <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2363 <br />CASE PUD- 83 -18, September 28, 1983 <br />41. That approval of the water supply and distri- <br />bution system be withheld pending final design <br />and until the developer has demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed <br />system meets both the immediate and long -range <br />requirements for supplying water in this area. <br />42 That the developer comply with any and all <br />applicable requirements of the cross connections <br />control and backflow prevention device programs <br />required by the California Administrative Code, <br />Title 17. <br />43. That the developer pay the applicable Zone 7 and <br />City connection fees and the meter cost prior to <br />Council approval of the development for any water <br />meters (irrigation meters) not directly related <br />to a building permit. <br />44, That a separate water meter be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />45. That approval for the number, type and location <br />of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design <br />review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br />the City Engineer, <br />46. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be with- <br />held pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the proposed system is adequate, <br />connects to an approved point of discharge, and <br />meets both the immediate and long -range require <br />ments of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br />tributary areas. <br />47, That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided <br />to each lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />4 That if a sanitary sewer lift station is installed <br />for use by the development and if it is accepted by <br />the City for maintenance and operation, an agreement <br />
