That approval of this case is conditioned upon the <br />approval of case Z -83 -147 and any conditions which <br />may be attached thereto by the Design Review Board. <br />3. That the applicant be aware that this use permit will <br />become null and void one year from its effective date <br />of approval unless prior to that date, construction has <br />commenced on the facility unless an extension has <br />been requested from the City prior to that date. <br />Section 2.
