10. That approval of case PUD- 80 -16 -1D is subject to all <br />conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 973. <br />11. That the developer be reminded that a comprehensive overall <br />signing program is required to be submitted to the staff <br />for approval prior to issuance of any building permits <br />for the Meyer Business Park. <br />12. That all buildings and /or structures must comply with all <br />codes and ordinances in effect at the time required permits <br />are issued by the Building Division. <br />13. That the location of any pad mounted transformers shall be <br />subject to approval by the Planning Division prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. Generally speaking, such transformers <br />shall not be located between any street and the front of a <br />building. <br />14. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions of <br />approval of Ordinance No. 1046 (approving case PUD- 82 -15). <br />
