EXHIBIT "A" <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2353 <br />September 14, 1983 <br />Case PUD- 80 -16 -1D <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on <br />the site plans, elevations, perspectives, sections and <br />landscape plans, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Division. <br />2. That prior to issuance of any building permits, a plan for <br />Fire Department access to the five story buildings shall <br />be approved by the Fire Chief. <br />3. That the colors and design of the parking structures shall <br />match the office buildings and detailed design plans of the <br />parking structures shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Division for approval prior to issuance of building permits. <br />4. That the developer be aware that the PUD approving Meyer <br />Business Park allows a maximum of 554,400 sq. ft. of office <br />buildings within the park and that the proposed buildings <br />constitute 261,899 sq. ft. of that total. <br />5.
