32. That the paving sections for the parking and drive <br />areas be designed on the basis of an R -Value test and <br />a Traffic Index to carry the anticipated traffic load. <br />This design shall be subject to the approval of the <br />City Engineer. The minimum paving section shall be <br />2" A.C. on 6" A.D. The minimum A.C. pavement slope <br />shall be l%. <br />33. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the City prior to the beginning of con- <br />struction. <br />34. That the developer pay any and all fees that the <br />property may be subject to. <br />35. That the haul route for all materials to and from <br />this development be approved by the City Engineer <br />prior to the start of any construction. <br />36. That a sanitary sewer sampling manhole be provided on <br />the sanitary sewer lateral from each building within the <br />development unless otherwise waived by the City Engineer. <br />37. That the developer comply with any and all applicable <br />requirements of the cross connections control and <br />backflow prevention device programs required by the <br />California Administrative Code, Title 17. <br />38, That the developer dedicate to the City for street <br />right of-way purposes those parcels of land intended <br />to be public streets and shown on the site plan <br />as Chabot Drive. <br />39. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to <br />the City over those parcels shown on the site plan as <br />public service easements (P.S.E.) or landscape easements. <br />40, That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for Chabot Drive be withheld <br />pending final design and review by the City Engineer. <br />41. That the developer pay the applicable Zone 7 and <br />City connection fees and the meter cost prior to <br />building permit issuance for any water meters <br />(irrigation meters) not directly related to a <br />building permit. <br />
