This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage <br />and adoption or on the day following the next meeting of the Council <br />whichever is later. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE <br />27TH DAY OF JULY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: July 27, 1983 <br />ATTEST: <br />(continued) <br />1. That this use permit is granted for a daycare center to be <br />operated only in rooms 27 and 39 of the Pleasanton School and <br />in the fenced areas around those rooms as shown on the site plan, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That a driveway meeting city standards shall be constructed from <br />Abbie Street to the proposed parking area for the daycare center, <br />this driveway shall be constructed to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer and shall provide safe and sufficient ingress <br />and egress to the area. <br />3. That over the next one year, the school district shall conduct <br />a paving program for the parking and drop -off areas for the <br />day care centers in order to create a paved surface adequate to <br />accommodate motor vehicles. <br />4.
