41. That a sanitary sewer sampling manhole be provided on the <br />sanitary sewer lateral from the building unless otherwise <br />waived by the City Engineer. <br />42. That the developer comply with any and all applicable <br />requirements of the cross connections control and back <br />flow prevention device programs required by the California <br />Administrative Code, Title 17. <br />43. That all Pleasanton Fire Department requirements shall be <br />met. <br />44.. That a second driveway be designed and constructed onto <br />Dublin Canyon Road at the north -west corner of the site <br />unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. The <br />driveway shall be a right turn in -out only. U -turns <br />for southbound traffic would be feasible at the median <br />break for the Farmers Insurance Group project. <br />45. That all existing wells, septic tanks or holding tanks <br />on the site be properly sealed, filled and abandoned <br />prior to the start of grading operations unless Zone 7. <br />retains specific wells for observation wells, or special <br />approval is obtained from the City Engineer for temporary <br />use of an existing well for construction water. <br />46. That prior to issuance of a building permit, the developer <br />shall pay tho applicable Zone 7 and City connection fees <br />and the meter cost for any water meters (irrigation meters) <br />not directly related to a building permit. <br />47. That approval for the number, type and location of fire <br />hydrants be withheld pending final design, review by <br />the Fire Marshal, and final review by the City Engineer. <br />48 That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld <br />pending final design and until the developer has demon- <br />strated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the <br />system is adequate, connects to an approved point of <br />discharge, meets any and all applicable requirements <br />of the Alameda County Flood Control District Zone 7, <br />meets any and all applicable requirements of the Federal <br />Emergency Management Flood Hazard Program and meets the <br />immediate and long -range requirements of this development <br />and all upstream areas intended to be drained through <br />this tract. <br />
